Service Call
Usually we can diagnose the majority of problems over the telephone or via email. Once we have made a basic diagnostic of the fault, we can arrange a visit to get your Hot Tub working again. Our rates are amongst the cheapest in the industry starting at £75.00 for a call out incl 1st hour on site and £25.00 per hour thereafter. Prices quoted are for a 100 mile radius of our shop in Cheshire. Please call for other locations.
We can also offer on a regular basis the following services:
Full Service - £199.00
A complete and comprehensive service: every part is checked incl jets ,control box, union connections, hoses , filter change (supplied by customer or purchased seperately from us) etc. We also drain clean and refill the tub, balance the water and advise on any chemical / operating questions you may have.
Mini Service - £99.00
To busy to maintain your tub then this service is for you. Let us take care of the Hot Tub for you. We will drain the Hot Tub clean your filters, re-fill, and re-balance the water. We recommend you have a mini service every three months or as often as you like. Our spa techs always have accessories, filters and a large range of chemicals for sale.
