General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We offer secure online ordering to ensure your financial safety and make online purchasing convenient and worry-free. However, we realize that some customers do not feel comfortable ordering online. For this reason, we provide our low rate call number 0870 89 66 019 to place an order with an CWHT customer service representative.
Payment options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and switch. Cheques are accepted on orders received via mail.
Delivery
UK mainland, for orders placed via our website delivery is free on orders over £50, on orders below this amount a £5.50 charge will be applied
Please allow three to five working days for your orders to arrive (Not incl Hot Tubs). We understand that you may need your supplies as a matter of urgency and as such we will attempt at all times to provide a next day delivery service.
Our Sunspot Spa water treatment product range are individually packaged and comply with new UN regulations being introduced in 2004 relating to the transportation of hazardous goods (carriage of dangerous goods by road and rail).
Returns & Returns Policy
Any items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in an unsoiled condition and in its original packing. Please contact us beforehand if you wish any help with this process.
Your right to cancel an order - The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provides you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received your products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation. The goods must be in their original packaging and any security seals on the packaging must still be intact. You are liable for the cost and expense of returning goods. We advise you to use an insured method of carriage as damaged boxes will not be accepted. If any security seals are broken then you have been deemed as giving up your right to cancellation. All products with security seals on are deemed unsaleable once they have been opened and the manufacturers or their agents will not accept these products back as such. If you wish to cancel an order please phone CWHT on lo-call number 0870 89 66 019 or e-mail cancellations@clearwaterhottubs.co.uk and quote your order reference number.
Please note that on any orders that we accept for cancellation the actual cost of original shipping will be applied as a charge, unless the goods were delivered in a faulty condition.
Any orders that are accepted for return after the seven day cooling off period will have the actual cost of original shipping applied as a charge and also a further 15% restocking charge. All products must be unopened in their original packaging.
Spa Returns
All Hot Tubs and Spa have a security seal and once broken it is deemed that you have given up your right to cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights if the spa or hot tub is found to be faulty.
Spas Warranty
The warranty is extended to the original purchaser. Clearwater Spas warrants the products it manufactures, including all parts and components thereof, to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years. The warranty does not apply if the failure is caused or contributed by any of the following: improper handling, improper storage, abuse, improper installation, unsuitable application, lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance, or repairs made or attempted by other than authorised service centres or technicians. Clearwater Spas will repair or replace, at its option, a unit proven to be defective within the warranty period and under the condition of the warranty. Clearwater Spas is not responsible for the cost of removal of the unit, damages due to removal or installation, any shipping charges to or from the factory or the installation of a repaired or replacement unit.
Please note that failure to supply the recommended power will void the manufacturer's warranty.
Ordering
All prices quoted are in sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated. Due to possible fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

Q. What information do we collect and how do we use it?
A. When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, contact telephone number, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This will allow us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to the Web site, new products and special offers we think you'll find interesting. Please notify us if do not wish to receive any information.
Q. How does CWHT protect your information?
A. When you place orders, our secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Act 1984, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
CWHT does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any other 3rd party. We may use the information to inform our customer base of special offers, sales, special events and price alterations unless you advise us otherwise
